1960s Modern Danish Oak Dresser Cabinet style of Henning Kjærnulf, Denmark

A pair of Oak bedside table / nightstand manufactured in Denmark during the 1960s/70s and often attributed to the renowned Danish designer Henning/Henry Kjærnulf. Kjærnulf is globally recognized for his unique fusion of Scandinavian Modern aesthetics with elements reminiscent of medieval, baroque, and even Viking styles. This design is occasionally referred to as "Danish Brutalist."

In good vintage condition, these small cabinets, exhibit a poetic blend of baroque and modern design. This piece seamlessly complements diverse interiors – modern, classic, Scandinavian, or Art Deco – embodying a harmonious coexistence of form and function in the spirit of sustainable living.

The photos display the vintage charm of the oak nightstand, revealing very few and small marks that enhance it's character and bring a touch of history to the timeless and minimalistic design. The cabinets stands on elegantly carved legs.

It is solid and firm and shelves are sliding easily.
